Irradiate Security was excited to have a booth at the recent Protecting Our Future: Securing the Digital Domain Cyber Career Symposium held in Canberra. This was a fantastic opportunity to connect with aspiring cyber security professionals and IT specialists looking to transition into the field.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed offering guidance to aspiring professionals from diverse backgrounds. Many current students stopped by looking for guidance on education pathways and training options in the industry.

We also connected with several IT professionals looking to transition their expertise into the cyber arena. Our conversations focused on certification options, skills development, and resources to enable successful career shifts. Nurturing this crossover talent will be crucial to strengthening Australia's cyber security workforce.

Our conversations confirmed that events like the Cyber Career Symposium play a vital role in nurturing Australia's future cyber workforce. Having the chance to answer questions and share insights with those eager to join the field was extremely rewarding.

Here at Irradiate Security, we believe diversity and collaboration are key to cyber security innovation. Connecting with individuals from various backgrounds and IT specialties at the symposium reinforced this belief.

We're grateful we could contribute by offering guidance at our booth. Fostering the next generation of cyber talent will strengthen the sector overall. We look forward to participating again next year!
